What is Imperfection Wellness?

Imperfection Wellness (IW) is wellness for the PERFECTLY Imperfect, which is all of us. The mission of IW is to help people understand:

  • I have thoughts, feelings and emotions, and, I am more than those thoughts, feelings and emotions. I am separate from my thoughts, feelings and emotions.

  • I let go of and I am more than the false identity that I am 'just' my age, skin color, job title, relationship status, body type, gender/gender-identity, sexual orientation, possessions I have, etc. My fulfillment and happiness comes from within.

  • I am aware that we are more alike that we are different and we can celebrate our differences with mutual respect.

  • I surround myself with like individuals who celebrate me for being me.

  • I embrace and live in present moment, again, finding my happiness from within.

  • I send love to self and others at all times, especially when I have fear or anger or other overwhelming negative emotions.

I am separate from my thoughts?

For many years, I lived under the assumption that I am my thoughts. "My thoughts say I am crap, therefore, I'm crap!"

What I didn't realize is that this is not true! I created the Possley Paradigm to help people get unstuck from their pervasive thoughts. I now know that I am separate from my thoughts! I am not crazy and I am not broken!

It's been life-changing to shift from "I am my thoughts" to "I am the observer of the never ending thoughts" and I want to share these skills with you so you can find true inner-happiness, while living in present moment reality.
