Meditation is the practice of returning to the present moment—on purpose, and with kindness. It doesn’t require silence, emptiness, or getting it "right." Instead, it welcomes you exactly as you are. Whether you’re focusing on your breath, your body, or a moment of stillness in your day, meditation is a chance to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself—without judgment.
