The mission
Mental health and wellness are a basic human right, and as such, we need free, reliable access to mental health and wellness resources.
The vision
To teach as many people to meditate using a simple 5-minute mantra-based meditation technique using the "thinking persons" technique (which is all of us). Anyone who has thoughts can learn to meditate with this technique and our vision is that you will learn how to practice this simple technique daily!
